• Record maintenance for all documents/data related to the Fund, such as from counterparties, private placements and share certificates from underlying funds, purchase documentation, intermediary companies and similar.

• Maintain special investor agreements/side-letters

​

• Facilitate capital call and distribution process by creating capital call and distribution notices and allocation calculations

​

• Reconcile bank account movements

​​

• Allocate fund profit and loss to investors in accordance with Fund Documents

​

• Calculate management fees and carry/incentive fees

​

• Provide Catch up Calculations for multiple closings if applicable.

​

• Prepare waterfall calculations as applicable.

​

• Calculate capital calls based on rules in applicable Fund documentation

​

• Calculate distributions for investors based on Fund cash flows, sharing ratios, and waterfall requirements.

​

• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Individual Statements for investors

​

• Liaise with Fund Manager for approval of reports

​

• Uploading and distribution of Investor Statements and other fund reports via the TFA reporting portal

​

• 1099 preparation and distribution.
