TFA uses SIMS (“Streamlined Integrated Modular System”) a proprietary web-based software system, for its fund administration processes. This software and database application is intended as a comprehensive fund administration solution which automates TFA’s own business functions, fund administration functions (transfer agency, confirmations, data downloads from brokers, portfolio tracking and pricing, and financial reporting), and provides the backbone for clients and investors to view SIMS-generated reports in the SIMS Investor Reporting Portal. Among its features are a robust portfolio module, a document management system, a CRM system and a customizable report generator.
